Technical Support
If you are experiencing technical difficulties โ a game that won't load, a page displaying incorrectly, or a broken feature โ please include the following details in your message to help us resolve the issue quickly: the device and operating system you are using (e.g., iPhone 15 running iOS 18, Windows 11 PC), the browser and version (e.g., Chrome 122, Safari 17), a description of the problem, and if possible, any error messages you see. Screenshots are extremely helpful and can be attached to the email you send to hello@allgaminginca.com.

Account Questions
If you need help with your account โ including trouble logging in, updating your email address, changing your username, or deleting your account entirely โ select "Account Help" as the subject in the contact form above. For security reasons, we will ask you to verify your identity before making any changes to an existing account. Requests to delete an account are processed within 5 business days.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, please contact us immediately using the "Technical Support" subject. We treat account security incidents as urgent matters and will respond within hours during business hours.
Privacy and Data Rights
Canadian residents have meaningful rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information.
